Transcription and minutes in 38 languages
Czech, Polish, German, Ukrainian or any of 38 languages — and meetings that mix them. MinutesMaster transcribes the recording with speaker names, writes minutes in the language you choose and keeps translations next to the original.

One meeting, any language, every reader
International meetings rarely happen in one language. MinutesMaster transcribes 38 languages and handles meetings that switch between them without asking you to choose a language in advance. Speakers are separated by voice, and each language’s characters — háčky, umlauts, Cyrillic — are kept in the transcript and every export.
The output language is independent of the audio. A Czech meeting can produce English minutes, a German call can be translated into Polish for a team in Wrocław, and each translation is kept next to the original. Translations export to PDF, Word, plain text and subtitles just like the original.
Search and Ask MinutesMaster work across languages too: ask in English about a meeting held in Hungarian, and the answer cites the exact moments, which play in the recording.

The deployment moves to Monday.

The minutes are also kept in Czech and German, next to the original.

How multilingual transcription works
No language settings to get wrong.
- 1
Bring any recording
Send the bot to Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, upload a file up to 2 GB, record in the browser or the mobile app, or paste a YouTube or Google Drive link.
- 2
Let the language be detected
The transcript follows what was spoken, even when people switch languages mid-meeting.
- 3
Choose the minutes language
Auto writes the minutes in the meeting’s language. Choose any of the 38 languages to have them written in another one.
- 4
Translate and export
Add translations of the minutes or the full transcript whenever someone needs them, and export any version to Word, PDF, TXT, JSON or subtitles.
What multilingual teams get
The same transcript, minutes and exports in every language.
38 languages, one workflow
The same transcript, minutes and exports whether the meeting was in English, Czech, Japanese or Hindi.
Mixed-language meetings
Switching between languages stays in a single transcript; nobody has to set a language before the meeting.
Speakers by voice
Voices are separated automatically, bot recordings take names from the meeting, and a name you type once is used everywhere.
Minutes in the reader’s language
Summary, agenda, decisions, tasks with owners and the next meeting, written in the language you choose.
Translations that export
Every translation of the minutes or transcript sits next to the original and exports to PDF, DOCX, TXT, JSON, SRT and VTT.
Shared with the whole team
Team workspaces with roles, folders and tags, so colleagues in different countries work from the same meeting and its translations.
