Meeting notes in Polish, without the note-taking

Send a bot to your Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet call, or upload a recording. MinutesMaster writes a Polish transcript with speaker names and meeting notes with decisions and tasks — and translates them for colleagues who don’t speak Polish.

Polish meetings, from Teams calls to recordings

In many Polish companies the working day runs on Microsoft Teams. MinutesMaster joins a Teams meeting as a participant — called “MinutesMaster AI” by default — that someone admits from the lobby when the organiser requires it. It records the audio and, when the meeting ends, writes a transcript with speaker names and structured notes: summary, agenda, decisions, tasks with owners and the next meeting.

Polish meetings often borrow English business vocabulary and include colleagues from abroad. You don’t pick a language before processing: mixed-language meetings stay in one transcript, and Polish characters such as ą, ę, ł, ż and ź are kept in the transcript, the notes and every export. The notes are written in Polish by default, or in any of the other 37 languages if you choose.

The web app is available in Polish, and recordings are never used to train AI models.

How it works

How Polish transcription works

Four steps from a call or a file to notes you can send.

  1. 1

    Capture the meeting

Paste the Teams, Zoom or Google Meet link to send the bot, or upload an audio or video file up to 2 GB, record in the browser or the mobile app, or paste a YouTube or Google Drive link.

  2. 2

    Admit the bot if asked

Teams and Google Meet keep guests in the lobby when the organiser requires it — admit “MinutesMaster AI” and it starts recording. For Zoom, connect your Zoom account once and stay in the meeting.

  3. 3

    Review names and tasks

Participant names from the meeting are matched to the voices. Rename anyone once and edit decisions or tasks before you export.

  4. 4

    Export or translate

Download the notes as Word or PDF, the transcript as TXT, or subtitles as SRT and VTT, and translate into English, German or Ukrainian when needed.

Features

What you get from a Polish meeting

Notes the whole team can read, in the language each person needs.

  • Polish with English terms

Mixed-language meetings are transcribed without choosing a language in advance, so English product names and Polish discussion stay in one transcript.

  • Polish characters intact

Ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź and ż are kept in the transcript, the notes and the PDF, Word, TXT, JSON, SRT and VTT exports.

  • Speakers named by voice

Voices are separated automatically; bot recordings take names from the meeting participants, and uploads need one rename per speaker.

  • Notes with decisions and tasks

Summary, agenda, decisions, tasks with owners and the next meeting, plus a detailed narrative version — a ready draft of your protokół ze spotkania.

  • Translation into 38 languages

Translate the notes or the full transcript and keep the Polish original next to each version.

  • Exports for every audience

DOCX for editing, PDF for sending, TXT and JSON for other tools, and SRT or VTT subtitles for recordings you publish.

Good to know

Good to know for Polish meetings

Situations Polish teams ask about.

  • Transkrypcja spotkania Teams

The bot joins through the meeting link like any guest. If your organisation blocks external guests, record the meeting another way and upload the file.

  • Notatki ze spotkania po polsku

Notes in Polish arrive after the call, so people who missed it read the decisions instead of watching the recording.

  • Protokół ze spotkania

For a formal protokół, the minutes give the attendees, agenda and decisions as a draft that the person responsible reviews and approves.

  • Polish–Ukrainian and international teams

Translate the notes into Ukrainian, English or German so every colleague reads them in their own language, with the Polish original kept alongside.

  • Ask in Polish or English

Ask MinutesMaster about past meetings and get answers with citations that play the exact moment of the recording.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can MinutesMaster transcribe a Microsoft Teams meeting in Polish?
Yes. Paste the Teams meeting link to send the bot; someone in the meeting admits it from the lobby if the organiser requires it. When the meeting ends you get a Polish transcript with speaker names and meeting notes.
Do I need Microsoft Copilot or a special Teams licence?
No. MinutesMaster joins as a meeting participant through the link and records the audio itself, so it doesn’t depend on Copilot or Teams transcription settings. The meeting has to accept guests; if your organisation blocks external participants, upload a recording instead.
Are the notes written in Polish?
By default the notes follow the meeting’s language, so a Polish meeting gets Polish notes. You can choose any of the 38 languages instead, or translate the notes later.
What about meetings that mix Polish and English?
No language setting is needed. The transcript follows what was said, and the notes are written in one language of your choice.
Can I upload a recording instead of using the bot?
Yes. Upload audio or video up to 2 GB, record in the browser or the iPhone and Android app, or paste a YouTube or Google Drive link.
How much does Polish transcription cost?
The same as every language: 1 credit covers 30 minutes. New accounts get 5 free credits (2.5 hours) without a credit card; then credit packs or Pro (€19 a month, 40 credits) and Business (€49 a month, 120 credits).
Is my meeting used to train AI?
No. MinutesMaster does not use recordings, transcripts or notes to train AI models. Meetings are private unless you share them with a team, and you can delete them at any time.
