A meeting in one language, minutes in another
MinutesMaster transcribes the recording in the language it was spoken in — or in several — then translates the minutes and the full transcript into any of 38 languages. Speakers, timestamps and structure stay intact, and the original is kept next to the translation.

Transcribe first, then translate what was said
A text translator needs text, and live interpretation has to be set up before the call. MinutesMaster works afterwards, from the recording: it transcribes the meeting in its own language — Czech, German, Polish or any of 38, including meetings that switch between languages — writes the minutes, and then translates them.
You choose what to translate: the minutes and summary (overview, agenda, decisions, action items and the detailed minutes), the full transcript line by line, or both. Speaker names, timestamps and the structure of the minutes are kept, and the translation sits next to the original — switch between languages any time.
Exports follow the language you’re viewing: send German minutes as Word or PDF, or download English subtitles of a Czech video. Translating doesn’t use extra credits — you pay once for the recording, 1 credit per 30 minutes, and new accounts start with 5 free credits.
Petra Malá (12:48) — If they can’t confirm the March deliveries by Friday, we start talks with the second supplier.
Tomáš Beneš (13:20) — Agreed. And Munich needs the revised schedule before their planning meeting.
Keep the current supplier for Q1 and review prices again in March.
Petra Malá → send the revised delivery schedule to the Munich office by Friday
The Czech original is kept. Also translated into German and Polish — switch languages any time.

Share or export
Switch between the original and the translations, share the meeting with your team, or export the translation as Word, PDF, text or subtitles.
Translation that keeps the meeting’s structure
Not a block of text pasted into a translator — the minutes and the transcript, translated as they are.
Minutes and transcript
Translate the minutes and summary, the full transcript, or both. Long transcripts are translated line by line, so nothing is summarized away.
Speakers and timestamps kept
Every translated line keeps its speaker and timestamp, so a quote in the translation still points to the moment in the recording.
Decisions and tasks intact
Action items keep their owners and due dates and decisions stay decisions — only the language changes.
38 languages, any direction
Czech to English, English to German, Polish to Ukrainian: transcribe in any of the 38 languages and translate into any other.
Export the translation
Download the translated minutes or transcript as Word, PDF, plain text, JSON or SRT and VTT subtitles, just like the original.
Ask in your own language
Ask MinutesMaster in English about a Czech meeting: search works across languages, and answers cite the original moments.
When teams translate their meetings
Whenever the people who need the minutes don’t share the meeting’s language.
International teams and head offices
A Czech or Polish team meets in its own language, and the English minutes go to the head office the same day.
Clients and suppliers abroad
Send a German customer the minutes of a call held in English, with the action items in their language.
Mixed-language meetings
When a meeting switches between languages, translate the whole transcript into one so everyone reads the same record.
Interviews in another language
Interview people in their own language and give your co-authors a translated transcript with the same timestamps.
Lectures and videos
Read a lecture or a YouTube talk in your own language, or export translated subtitles for a video.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I translate a meeting transcript?
- Open the meeting in MinutesMaster, choose Translate, pick the target language and whether to translate the minutes, the full transcript or both. The translation keeps speakers and timestamps and is saved next to the original.
- How can I translate Czech audio to English?
- Upload the Czech recording, or send the bot to the call, and let MinutesMaster transcribe it in Czech. Then translate the minutes and the transcript into English — you keep both versions and can export either.
- Which languages can I translate between?
- Any of the 38 supported languages, in any direction — including English, Czech, Slovak, German, Polish, Ukrainian, Spanish, French, Chinese and Japanese.
- Does translation cost extra?
- No extra credits. You pay for the recording once — 1 credit per 30 minutes of audio — and can translate its minutes and transcript into other languages without being charged again.
- Can MinutesMaster translate a meeting live?
- No. MinutesMaster translates after the meeting, from the recording; it isn’t a live interpretation tool. Minutes are typically ready a minute or two after an upload finishes, and translating takes from about a minute, longer for a long full transcript.
- What about meetings held in two languages?
- Mixed-language meetings are transcribed as spoken, without choosing a language first. Translate the transcript into one language so everyone reads the same version.
- Can I get subtitles in another language?
- Yes. Translate the full transcript, then export it as SRT or VTT subtitles. The timestamps are the same as in the original.
- Who translates — and is my data used for training?
- AI language models translate the text, so have important wording, such as contract terms, checked by a native speaker. Your meetings are never used to train AI models.
