Your meeting notes, inside Claude
Add MinutesMaster as a connector and Claude can search your transcripts, quote decisions with the speaker and time, list open action items, import a YouTube talk or send a bot to your next Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call — in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, the mobile apps and Claude Code.

How do you connect meeting transcripts to Claude?
MinutesMaster runs a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://api.minutesmaster.ai/mcp. Claude connects to it as a custom connector: you sign in to MinutesMaster once, choose what Claude is allowed to do, and from then on Claude can call MinutesMaster’s tools whenever a question is about your meetings. There is nothing to copy and paste between apps and no export to upload.
Claude then works with the real record. It reads speaker-named transcripts page by page, the minutes with decisions and action items, and the cited answers from Ask MinutesMaster, so a reply such as “we agreed to move the launch” comes with the meeting, the speaker and the timestamp. Search works across languages: ask in English about a meeting held in Czech or Polish and Claude still finds it.
AI-agent access is included on every MinutesMaster plan, including Free. Reading, searching and organizing meetings costs no credits; new recordings — a meeting bot or an imported file — use credits, exactly as they do in the app.
ask_meetingslist_action_itemsThe launch moves to 14 November, provided QA signs off on Friday — Anna Weber confirmed it in Tuesday’s planning call [1]. Two items are still open for you: David Okafor owes the QA sign-off, and Marta Nowak promised the revised pricing sheet by Thursday [2].

Plans and workspaces
Works on every Claude plan (Free: one custom connector). On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds it first under Organization settings → Connectors. Once added, it also works in Claude Desktop and the mobile apps.
Sign-in or API key?
In claude.ai, Desktop and the mobile apps the connector always signs in with OAuth. Claude Code can use OAuth too, or a personal API key (mm_pat_…) from your MinutesMaster dashboard for scripts, CI jobs and the Claude API. Keys are scoped, expire and can be revoked one by one.
Meeting notes in Claude Code
Developers live in the terminal, and so do their meeting notes now. Add the MinutesMaster server once with the claude mcp add command and it is available in every project: ask Claude Code what was agreed in yesterday’s architecture review, turn the action items into a task list, or pull the exact quote from a customer call into a ticket.
Claude Code can also upload local recordings: MinutesMaster creates a one-time upload link, so an audio file on your disk becomes a transcript with minutes without leaving the terminal. That uses credits and needs the “Send bots & import recordings” permission.
1.Add the server (available in all your projects):
Terminalclaude mcp add --transport http --scope user minutesmaster https://api.minutesmaster.ai/mcp2.Start Claude Code, type
/mcp, choose minutesmaster and then Authenticate.
What Claude can do with your meetings
25 MinutesMaster tools, grouped by the permission they need. Claude picks the right ones for each question.
Search and read every meeting
Transcripts with speaker names and timestamps, minutes, decisions and action items, filtered by date, folder, tag or team — including meetings your team shared with you.
Answers with cited moments
The ask_meetings tool answers a question across all your meetings and cites the meeting, speaker and time, so Claude can quote instead of guessing.
Import YouTube and Drive recordings
Give Claude a YouTube, Google Drive or public audio or video link and MinutesMaster transcribes it and writes minutes. Uses credits, with your permission.
Send a bot to a live meeting
Paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link into the chat and Claude sends the MinutesMaster bot. The minutes follow automatically when the meeting ends.
Translate and organize
Translate minutes or the full transcript into any of 38 languages, rename speakers, file meetings into folders, add tags and share a meeting with a team.
Export links for PDF, Word and subtitles
Claude can hand you a short-lived download link for the minutes as PDF or Word, the transcript as text, SRT or VTT subtitles, or JSON.
Things to ask Claude
Plain language works. In Claude Code, the MinutesMaster prompts also appear as slash commands.
- Prepare me for tomorrow’s call with Acme — what did we promise them last time?
- Draft the follow-up email for my last meeting, with decisions and owners.
- List every open action item assigned to me this month.
- Where did we discuss pricing in September? Quote it with the timestamp.
- Transcribe this YouTube talk and give me a one-page summary in English.
- Send the MinutesMaster bot to this Teams meeting and translate the minutes into German afterwards.
You decide what Claude may do
Claude gets the same access you have — limited to the permissions you grant, and only until you disconnect it.
Sign in on minutesmaster.ai
OAuth 2.1 with a consent screen that names the app asking for access. Your MinutesMaster password never reaches Claude.
Three separate permissions
Read meetings, Organize & edit, and Send bots & import recordings. Claude sees just the meetings you can see. Transcripts reach it as data, and tools that change things or spend credits are marked so Claude asks before using them.
Credits stay under your control
Sending a bot or importing a recording needs the spend permission, which is off unless you tick it, and these tools offer a dry run first so Claude can show the cost before anything starts.
Disconnect at any time
Remove Claude on the AI agents page of your dashboard and access ends on its next request. Every tool call is logged there for you to review.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I connect MinutesMaster to Claude?
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and add a custom connector named MinutesMaster with the URL https://api.minutesmaster.ai/mcp — or use the Add to Claude link on this page. Click Connect, sign in to MinutesMaster and choose the permissions. In Claude Code, run claude mcp add with the same URL and authenticate through /mcp.
- Which Claude plans support the MinutesMaster connector?
- Custom connectors work on every Claude plan; the Free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds the connector under Organization settings, then members can connect their own MinutesMaster accounts. Once added it also works in Claude Desktop and the mobile apps.
- Does it cost extra to use MinutesMaster with Claude?
- No. AI-agent access is included in every MinutesMaster plan, including Free. Reading, searching and organizing meetings costs no credits; sending a meeting bot or transcribing a new recording uses credits exactly as in the app.
- Can Claude take meeting notes during a Zoom or Teams call?
- Claude can send the MinutesMaster bot to a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link if you granted the Send bots & import recordings permission. The bot joins the call, may need to be admitted from the lobby, and the transcript and minutes appear when the meeting ends.
- Can Claude read meetings in Czech, German or other languages?
- Yes. MinutesMaster transcribes 38 languages, and search works across them, so you can ask in English about a meeting held in Czech. Claude can also read existing translations or ask MinutesMaster to translate a meeting.
- Will Claude see all my meetings?
- Claude sees what your MinutesMaster account can see — your own meetings and those shared with your teams — within the permissions you approved. What Claude reads is processed by Anthropic under its own terms; MinutesMaster does not use your meetings to train AI models.
- How do I disconnect Claude?
- Open AI agents in your MinutesMaster dashboard and click Disconnect next to Claude, or revoke the API key you used in Claude Code. Access ends on the next request.
