How to get help with MinutesMaster, integrations, billing, and account issues.

The fastest way to reach us is by email. Please include your account email, a description of the issue, and (if relevant) the meeting or trial ID you're asking about so we can look it up directly.

Support hours & response time

  • Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 Central European Time (CET / CEST). Closed on Czech public holidays.
  • First response: within 1 business day for all inbound emails received during support hours. Emails received outside of support hours are answered the next business day.
  • Critical incidents (your account is locked out, a paid feature is not working, a published meeting cannot be opened): mark your email subject with [URGENT] and we will prioritize.

MinutesMaster is operated by Jan Horák (IČO 06599648), Pod Rozhlednou 2970/11, 787 01 Šumperk, Czech Republic. There is no phone support; everything is handled by email so we can keep a written record of every request.

Bug reports & feature requests

Found something that doesn't work, or have an idea that would make MinutesMaster more useful? Email info@minutesmaster.ai with as much detail as you can share:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened (with screenshots if possible)
  • The browser / OS you're using
  • The meeting or trial ID, if it's tied to a specific recording

Bug reports are triaged within 1 business day. Critical bugs are usually fixed and deployed the same week.

Zoom integration support

If your Zoom meeting bot did not join, recorded the wrong content, or failed to produce minutes, email info@minutesmaster.ai with the meeting URL and trial ID. We can look up the bot's status, MeetingBaaS-side logs, and any error code in our records.

Account & access issues

  • Forgot your password? Use the password reset flow — a reset link is emailed to your registered address.
  • Email confirmation not arriving? Check your spam folder, then email us; we can resend or manually confirm.
  • Want to delete your account? Email info@minutesmaster.ai with the subject "Account deletion". We process deletions within 5 business days and confirm by email when complete.
