From a Serbian recording to text and minutes

Typing up a recording by hand takes hours. MinutesMaster transcribes Serbian speech, separates the speakers by voice and adds timestamps, then writes structured minutes: summary, agenda, decisions, tasks with owners and the next meeting. Serbian letters — Latin č, ć, đ, dž, š and ž, and Cyrillic ћ, ђ and џ — are kept in the transcript and in every export.

Serbian-speaking teams often work with colleagues in Croatia, Slovenia, the rest of the region or further abroad, with English as the shared language. Croatian and Slovenian are among the 38 supported languages too; mixed-language meetings stay in one transcript without a language setting, and the minutes can be written in Serbian, English, Croatian, German or any other of the 38 languages.

The web app is available in Serbian, transcripts, minutes and translations work in Serbian, and recordings are never used to train AI models.

How it works

How Serbian transcription works

Four steps from a recording or a call to a minutes draft.

  1. 1

    Add the recording

Upload audio or video up to 8 hours and 2 GB (MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, MOV and more), record in the browser or the mobile app, paste a YouTube or Google Drive link, or send the bot to a live meeting.

  2. 2

    Choose the minutes language

Auto keeps the minutes in Serbian. Choose English, Croatian, German or any other of the 38 languages if the readers need it.

  3. 3

    Set the names once

Type each speaker’s name once, with its diacritics — Petrović, Jovanović, Đorđević, Nikolić — and it is used in the transcript, the minutes and every export.

  4. 4

    Export or ask

Download Word or PDF minutes, a TXT transcript or SRT and VTT subtitles, and ask questions about the meeting in Serbian or English.

Features

What you get from a Serbian recording

Text you can edit, minutes you can send, translations you can share.

  • Serbian with Croatian, Slovenian or English

Meetings that switch languages are transcribed without choosing a language in advance.

  • Latin and Cyrillic letters kept

Serbian letters (č, ć, đ, dž, š and ž — and Cyrillic letters such as ћ, ђ and џ) stay intact in the transcript, the minutes and the PDF, Word, TXT, JSON, SRT and VTT exports.

  • Speakers named once

Voices are separated automatically. With the bot, participant names from the call are matched to the voices; for uploads, rename each speaker once.

  • Minutes with decisions and owners

Attendees, agenda, decisions, tasks with owners and the next meeting, plus a detailed narrative version — a draft for the secretary to approve.

  • Translations for partners

Translate the minutes or the full transcript into any of the 38 languages and keep the Serbian original alongside.

  • Subtitles and documents

SRT and VTT subtitles for videos, DOCX and PDF for documents, and TXT and JSON for other tools.

Good to know

Good to know for Serbian recordings

Common uses in Serbian-speaking companies, associations and universities.

  • Zapisnik sa sastanka

The minutes give you a structured zapisnik draft — attendees, agenda, decisions, tasks — that the person keeping the record reviews and approves.

  • Latin and Cyrillic

Serbian text displays and exports correctly in either script, names with their diacritics included.

  • Sednica upravnog odbora and skupština

For a board meeting or an assembly, the Board / committee meeting template adds attendance and quorum, motions, votes and resolutions.

  • Serbian YouTube videos

Paste a YouTube link to get a Serbian transcript, a summary and SRT or VTT subtitles that you can translate.

  • Ask in English about a Serbian meeting

Search works by meaning across languages, so a colleague can ask in English and get an answer with citations that play the Serbian moment.
