Hindi meetings to text, MOM included
Upload a recording or send a bot to Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. MinutesMaster writes a Hindi transcript in Devanagari with speaker names and the minutes of meeting — decisions, action items with owners and the next meeting — and translates them into English when the wider team needs it.

Hindi meetings, MOM without the typing
Often the minutes of meeting (MOM) go out in English even when the discussion was in Hindi — or they don’t go out at all. MinutesMaster transcribes the recording, separates the speakers by voice and writes structured minutes: attendees, agenda, summary, decisions, action items with owners and the next meeting, with detailed narrative minutes alongside.
Office Hindi is full of English — budget, deadline, client, approval — and people switch languages mid-sentence. Mixed-language meetings are supported, and you don’t need to choose a language before processing. The Hindi transcript is written in Devanagari and kept in the Word, TXT, JSON and subtitle exports.
By default the minutes follow the meeting’s language. Translate them, or the full transcript, into English for the people who prefer it; the Hindi original stays alongside. Recordings are never used to train AI models.

How Hindi transcription works
Four steps from a call or a recording to a MOM you can send.
- 1
Capture the meeting
Paste the Teams, Zoom or Google Meet link to send the bot, upload audio or video up to 2 GB, record in the browser or the iPhone and Android app, or paste a YouTube or Google Drive link.
- 2
Admit the bot if asked
When the organiser requires it, admit “MinutesMaster AI” from the lobby in Teams or Google Meet. For Zoom, connect your Zoom account once and stay in the meeting while it records.
- 3
Check names and action items
Rename each speaker once and check who owns which action item before the MOM goes out.
- 4
Translate and send
Translate the minutes into English if needed, then export them as Word, the transcript as TXT, or subtitles as SRT and VTT.
What you get from a Hindi meeting
A MOM in Hindi or English, plus the full transcript.
Hindi with English mixed in
Meetings where people switch between Hindi and English are supported, with no language to choose first.
Devanagari kept
The Hindi transcript is written in Devanagari and stays that way in the DOCX, TXT, JSON, SRT and VTT exports.
Speakers separated by voice
Each voice gets its own label. With the bot, participant names from the call are matched to the voices; for uploads, rename each speaker once.
MOM with action items
Attendees, agenda, summary, decisions, action items with owners and the next meeting, plus detailed narrative minutes.
An English MOM from a Hindi meeting
Translate the minutes or the transcript into English, or any of the 38 languages, with the Hindi original kept.
Exports and subtitles
DOCX for the MOM, TXT and JSON for other tools, and SRT or VTT subtitles for Hindi videos you publish.

What teams in India ask about.
Minutes of meeting in Hindi
In formal Hindi the MOM is usually बैठक का कार्यवृत्त. MinutesMaster writes the minutes of a Hindi meeting in Hindi by default; translate them into English when needed.

Call recordings
Upload call recordings from your phone or laptop (MP3, M4A, WAV and more, up to 2 GB) and get a transcript and minutes back.
Ask across meetings
Ask MinutesMaster what was agreed with a client last month and get an answer with cited moments you can play.
Interface language
The web app is available in English and 13 European languages and the mobile apps in English, but not in Hindi; transcripts and minutes of Hindi meetings are in Hindi.
